Get Into the Groove: SHiNE Dance Fitness with Meredith Bolton

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all-abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip hop, SHiNE is the perfect balance of cardio and toning, designed to follow a HIIT format. You will sweat until you sparkle, and have fun doing it! SHiNE is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable and confident.

Taught by guest instructor, Meredith Bolton:

Meredith was a student of SHiNE Dance Fitness™ for almost two years before becoming a certified instructor in January 2023. She believes that everyone can dance - that no one moves and dances like you - and that's great! Her hope is to share with others what she has gained from SHiNE - confidence, freedom of self-expression, strength, and a supportive, uplifting community. Meredith lives in Windham with her husband, twin daughters, and two dogs. Follow along @shine_with_meredith

The theme for this workshop will be Kings and Queens of Hip-Hop, featuring artists such as Cardi B, Flo Rida, Doja Cat, Usher, and Jason Derulo!

Class wil be held in the Train Your Inner Athlete (TYIA) studio at the Westbrook Community Center.
