About the event
Join us for a heart-pumping workshop featuring barre-style sculpting and 80's-inspired cardio dance. A little bit of toning, a little bit of grooving and a whole lot of 80's sass!
*Grab your leg warmers, wristbands, and neon colors…dressing with the 80’s theme is welcomed and encouraged😉*
Taught by guest instructor, Erin Biehl:
Erin is a dancer and certified barre instructor with more than 25 years of performance and teaching experience. She's been featured in the “POM FIT” video series by Pro Cheer Life and Body FX’s “Figure 8 Fitness” instructional workout series. Her dance background includes performing in the NBA Legends Tour in Shanghai and dancing, coaching, and choreographing for numerous professional dance teams including the Maine Red Claws - Lady Red Claws dance team and the San Diego Enforcers.
